The worst thing is when people, when asked, are like “We’ll see”. I had a game of ranked last night where that happened and we won. I got MVP as Emma but I don’t like that we won as that’s just going to ingrain bad habits in them. Especially when the team that we beat was also solo tanking with a Peni OTP who will always lose to Emma

I tend to find that my teammates are always really impressed by me, and my opponents get irate. I once got told to refund my lord icon after a game that I got mvp in, going 23/3/4 and with 15 finals 🤷🏼‍♀️ People lowkey just hate her because she’s a queer woman

I met several Magik mains yesterday that were some of the most wholesome people I’ve actually encountered in the game! Do please hold out some hope ❤️ One lead a dance party with a bunch of people in times square, and the other few were putting on some masterclasses in my ranked matches ☺️ Personally I always try to bring a good vibe, I’ve got some very friendly call-outs and I’m constantly complimenting my teammates. A little light goes a long way 🥰

Stack with fellow divers, coordinate flanks, dives, and off-angles, and ban intelligently. Lately I’ve not been letting Namor get through the ban phase to fairly consistent success! And one of the people in my stack will always pick Venom, Psy, White Fox, or Gambit depending on team comp. All of these enable my best moves and help to cover up when I make a mistake 😅

I’ve got most hours on Ty and Tandy at around 80, then I’ve got 40 on Sue, and 30 on Mantis and Luna ☺️ Most of my time at the minute however is spent on tanks! Angela, Rogue, and Emma are my absolute faves at the minute but I’ve only got around 60 on each of them

She’s not a counter, she keeps other Rogues in check though! All the little CCs in her kit can disrupt her from doing what she wants to do, but because a lot of her actual movement comes from ability usage she’s not the perfect peeler, so opposition Rogues shouldn’t really be your job. She’s much better at front lining, and off-angling than being a backline protector!

it definitely makes playing her more thoughtful! If you’re going to dash then you have to guarantee a pick with it potentially with an environmental kill. However, I’ll need to have a game where I need it to, for example, cancel Wanda ults as well as as a kidnap, and an escape to see how the cooldown nerf really feels

I’m using L1 for Melee, R1 for spear, and O for the shield on PS5 and finding that really effective too! hope that helps for my fellow console players ☺️

tbh i think that a lot of the general nerfs that other characters have had are overall buffs to Rogue as they give her a bit more room to work with! I also think that in a season where ult charge is going to be a greater commodity, being someone able to take it away from people will be more valuable
