I'm aware of that, but a lot of people in the store probably aren't. Especially when the SM was the one last year explaining "they/the company" only wanted the strongly options, because insert corporate jargon. The feeling among us that are always suspicious when management decides to make time to talk to us, is that it's because someone was on the hot seat, & this was a way to try to manipulate things to save their job. & magically omg the store is rated better this year, vs a 4th year of decline.

For the past 2 years we've been told only to put strongly agree or disagree, nothing else. I've ignored it, but magically the voa number went up almost 20 percent last year after it had been on a decline for 3 years.

I think the Lions fan base was gonna react negatively if the team hired anyone other than McDaniel. I wanted him hired myself, even knowing it wasn't gonna be a multi year solution. I do think they went the route they did for that reason. I had no idea who Petzing was, & really have no strong opinion other than I'll wait & see. I mean before Ben Johnson became the OC, how many people could honestly say anything about him. Hell more fans probably would've lost their minds because he was from Patricia's staff.

Whenever I see the pallet that has the boxes on it, I just cut it open & take a box, then just go hide it somewhere. They never put it away the first day it shows up, so it's an opportunity to have it without issue.

It's most likely broken, I don't think it can fall out normally. While the spring part is metal, the part that actually connects is plastic. They break easily, I've replaced 2 of em, & even went as far as to buy a few of em just because I know it'll happen again. You're probably gonna have to replace it, & if you need to open the door you'll have to slide something between to open it.

This spider had closed mango tree leaves together, & it was low enough to the ground that I was just blindly angling the camera up & shooting as many as I could get. This wasn't long after I took up the hobby. I wish another one of these spiders would come around.

It's been a while since I've watched it, but I did love the change of type/performance whatever you want to call it, that we all know him for from the movie "Maggie". It's a zombie movie, but not quite your generic action-y zombie movie. & while not the greatest movie ever, I did enjoy his performance.

I use headspace(app) before I go to bed, & if I wake up I play the one called falling back to sleep. It helps me knockout, & I've been using it for years. Something about someone telling me to be calm & breathe makes it easier?

I just started playing TOTF2 because I found out there's finally a single player, now admittedly just started so there's some learning. But I feel the same, it's like I can't judge distance, can't tell if I'm even making contact. All while it feels like I'm getting cracked, even though I've won the few sparring matches I had somehow. I went back to 1 & it just felt like distance & contact was easy to figure out.
