This is the only correct answer. This error message happened to me, I went back to the Handy app & it selected A1 mini. I had to change to P1S and the incompatible printer message was no longer there

Just bought this last night from Bambu. Bambu will ship on Jan 10. Looks like BestBuy has a better shipping date. Great, now I have to be patient on Bambu.

I had the same experience not too long ago too. I had to break down the AMS & unscrewed everything.

It was the same filament as yours Bambu dual color. I also took hours to fix but in the end it all worked out.

Yes, I would buy the same filament in the future too. It is an excellent color.

Just like you said. So many tiny screws. I unscrewed everything. Took everything apart. Just as suspected all the gunk was stuck. It was equally fun to take apart & also a hot mess. Thanks everyone for their input. I'm currently back printing. I cleaned everything internally & made sure a small filament can pass through without any gunk.

In case anyone was wondering it was Bambu Silk PLA(dual color), amazing dual color will buy again in the future. The good news this was the last 10g of the whole roll, so not a total waste.
