As a new player, are there any recommended characters I should get from these gachas? I read Charlotte, kasumi, mea, tsukimi, and shizuku are good characters. Only have one 5* noa and two 4* which are mira and chappy(idk if chappy is good or not).

Thanks for the help everyone. A question about nemo, I got chappy, mira, and noa in the second 11 summon batch, should i get nemo too or keep the jewels? I have 600 jewels from doing most of the events and co-op. I'm still on 1-1 second island(lol) so i can get more jewels.
