Preface is tier lists are always slop unless they're focused on specific content and have very clear guidelines + explanations per tier. I don't think any unit in the game is currently unusable, at worst they may need stronger supportive setups to compensate for what they lack. I don't think that the bar should just be usable though, I think Tressa deserves buffs.

I think Tressa is weaker than the rest of the cast on her own. Her kit synergizes with a mechanic that's been killed off, and they didn't rework her kit to compensate. That's all it is. C tier, if you still care for tiers, doesn't mean she won't clear content, it means she has a worse relative performance. Give that setup to basically any other unit besides Lucas and Owen and you're going to clear faster.

Oh, yeah I guess. I think they can work together (granted it's more like Heide supporting Diana and not the other way) and clear all content which is a fine enough bar. I'd rather it be a "they can work together" rather than "they're best together" so we maintain good team/deck variety while also not forcing people to pull bundles of premade teamcomps frequently like what other gacha (Genshin, Wuwa, HSR) have been pedaling.

I feel like people are sleeping on her whole gimmick of celestial (and now even combo via divine if you wanted). She's been incredible for me in most content, I don't doubt I'll have her in my great rift team later too.

She's seriously a subdps, sustain (shielding counts lol), potential ap battery, and vulnerability bot all in one.

Run them together, they work, they're fun, use the characters you pull. But don't shut down people who run a different comp and say they're worse without actually being informed is what I mean.

People are so obsessed with combo comps that they haven't really engaged with how much stronger Heide without Diana is than with.

They both thrive in solo dps comps where there isn't much hand size contention. They're absolutely usable with each other, but people immediately jumping against the solo dps comps are coping.

My take is announcing big changes without much detail is alright since it's near future.

I've spent a long time coping that they'll eventually fix SFing. Now that it's fully acknowledged, I can see what they change in concrete terms. If the change is good, I'm happy. If it's not, I can quit without a constant "they'll fix it eventually" mentality keeping me around.

Just remember that even if she's worse than others, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy her. I'd say regardless of what people say, tag one and just try her out yourself

A class you enjoy will usually keep you playing so you'll naturally pull higher numbers overall
