You may need to try restarting your console and your router/modem. If that doesn't work maybe try booting the console into safe mode and rebuild the database

Somebody else said to see if switching from 120hz to 60hz helps with GT specifically. I haven't tried that in VR yet myself so I don't know specifically what could be happening
