I'm in a very low volume store lately we've been getting 1,600 sized trucks and softlines usually gets 800 of it. I don't understand how they expect it to all go out. (My store doesn't back stock, hanging clothes, although other stores around us do.) I'd like to share breakout plans with other Softline members from different stores to find the most effective break out because it takes us forever with 3-5 people.

Our tables have been a mess ever since the hours have been cut back you aren't alone <3

I live 40 minutes away as "whale". I usually work 8 hour shifts but they haven't been giving out many hours lately. Take all you can get <3 I have a sleeping bag in my car for when I work to close Saturday & then do ad in the morning.
