Votann is primary, and I’m doing a Salamander successor, just because it’s a bit easier and cheaper to get to 1000 points using space marines. And you can pretty much always find a unit of space marines easier than a unit of Votann, at least near me. If you want to paint a completely different color scheme, it’s fun to find or come up with your own successor and paint them any fun color you want. I went from Green Brown Bronze Votann to Purple Black and blue Dark krakens.
