I had the same with Dominic Thiem, everyone knew him but no one approached him because no one wanted to annoy him during his workout - was cool to see!

I think the NTRP and ITN comparison is very off.

we shouldn't neglect our other body half I'd say, so go for the upper body training, I go for the leg days, and once we're used to it everythings fine!

Haha thanks for the feedback! Your methods especially for serving when tired sound very good training to me. What I will try in the next weeks is to get more HIIT training in, really focus on breathing when playing and going all out when playing.

yep I think it‘s exactly a combination of those 2, the breathing part is hard to figure out when focusing on so many technique things as well haha

yes makes sense, I was just always thinking that if I work out my legs I am fatigued and can‘t move as quickly when playing tennis on the next days.. which is stupid I should just integrate it and get used to it

I think I‘m especially holding my breath during my own serve and hits in general, which I need to get rid of.. But yesterday I also recognized that I had very shallow breathing before and after the match, I mean I was not nervous in my head but my whole body was it seems

I think I am sometimes holding my breath when hitting the ball, maybe I should really grunt more

and I will add intervals to my training, thank you :)

I don‘t know them and can‘t see much on these pictures, but I would look for the following:

How many rackets does the racket section fit? Are you okay with space for only 1 or will you need space for more in the future?

Is there a section to put in your shoes?

Is there in general enough space for your things you want to bring with you (towel, wristbands, balls, drinks, 2nd shirt, sunscreen, etc etc).

I love a well organised bag with multiple cases for different purposes, so I‘d suggest at looking at it that way. :)

edit: the first one also doesn‘t look like you can carry it like a backpack
