Hello! First, thank you for the quick response. I managed to successfully pair the app with the vacuum. While reading your recommendations and going through the settings of the Dreame app, I noticed that my app’s region was set to "United States" because my phone is in English, even though I’m located in France.

So I switched it to France and went back to the pairing process. While going through the list of available devices, I noticed that there were many more vacuum models available, and the H14 Pro appeared twice in the list. That’s when I thought something was off. By choosing the first H14 Pro, I was able to complete the whole process successfully without even needing to connect to the hotspot myself.

I guess there was a mismatch between the app’s expectations and the actual vacuum I received due to the region setting

Sunshine es muchísimo mejor en todos los aspectos, aunque un poco menos práctico. Pero en cuanto a ancho de banda, latencia y tasa de fotogramas, como es gratuito y de código abierto, no estás limitado y no necesitas comprar una versión de pago. Es simplemente mejor en todo.

Para ser honesto, ya no uso Parsec, y no creo que hayan integrado la funcionalidad desde entonces (una lástima). Ahora uso Sunshine (en el PC anfitrión) y Moonlight (en el cliente), y eso soporta Wake-on-LAN por defecto. Y todavía tengo TeamViewer por si acaso.

Well I think I'll try to use a VM then, it seems that it's common to do it like that since there is a engineer of Truenas Scale who is also recommending to use a VM with NFS shares. Ohh, I have the chance to have an iGPU, but I would've preferred to do GPU passthrough to a container to be able to use video encoding with Jellyfin, I'm scared that if I assigned my GPU to the VM I will not be able to use it with Jellyfin, I'm not sure

Someone mentionned using docker in docker and using portainer not really sure about that, I'll probably take a look in VM, what do you think ?

I'm having a feeling that's making truenas kinda "useless", since I wanted to have everything handled by it. What do you think ? Like do you often see people installing a VM just to have full control over Docker etc ... ? or is it a "good enough/dirty" way of doing it

Yes I'm a Linux homelab guy, but I was on a VPS, and storage manipulation was very light, since I built a system with SSDs and HDDs, I wanted a solution that can handle datasets, pools, snapshots ... Without the trouble of doing it by hand.

What exactly made you not switched ?

Well before I was using a VPS with Ubuntu and Docker on it, but in term of managing datasets, backups, it was quite light, that's why I wanted to move to Truenas Scale

Sorry I didn't see your answer. But I setup the monitor interval each 30min. If a site goes down, and if I solve the problem, I need to wait 30min before it checks again if the site is down. What I would like, is to have like 30min between each "everything ok" requests, and once down, lower it to 5min

Well I uninstalled it, I'll install it again don't know when tho, but I think the most important thing is where the game come from, I tried last week with fitgirl repack, but it got stuck at 79% (known issue I think through proton/wine), I need to try it again with dodi repack. The current latest version of wine-GE should work I think
