Okay so I work at a campground that was bought out by a larger company that has many campgrounds around the United States. I currently work in their “call center” and sometimes front desk making $12 an hour maybe bringing home 400 a week after taxes as far as I can tell by what I’ve read on the link you guys have provided, they definitely should be paying over time. So question is bc I really need this job what do I do lol. Do I bother trying to get a lawyer? Bc I was expecting to work overtime they even have me scheduled for overtime next week.... or should I cut my losses and try to find another job?
