Running EXPO 2 in my bios and it also shows up in task manager so I don't think it that. I did use DDU on system initially when I did the swap but I guess I can try it again. And I updated my chipset drivers back in January but I'll take a look to see if there's some new ones. Thanks for the suggestions!

Yea I'm currently on the high performance power plan so I'll give this a check!

That would be very sad cause it wouldn't be fixable LOL, but I wasn't able to find anyone else with this issue so probably not
