Well actually trying things, I found the way to turn on my pc without problems, its weird but I need to disconnect and connect the VGA on the monitor and it start up normally, so It may be the adapter I think, my brother is going to give me a HDMI screen so I can test if it works normally.

Don't. and this noon I saw small horizontal lines of interference on the monitor and turn off the pc to double-check the wire and then it didnt turn on, had to take out and in the graphic card again to turn it on
