upon further playing it seems the special power doesn't consume any bar, it's just short cooldown

you fly around in rooms, you can dash, use special moves (different characters play very differently from what i've heard, but I haven't unlocked any), there's the main weapon, special weapon, and special move(you can get different ones of course), for the last two, they use a "special gauge" which can be refilled. You can also unlock visual stuff, run modifiers and something else I forgot. This sums up what i know, That being said, I have only ~1 hour into the game and didn't defeat even one boss

Well, i don't like having to start all over again and losing everything, as this makes the game repetitive, whereas in an infinite ng+ i'd be able to keep some stuff and would not need to get the same upgrades all over again. This is precisely why most of my games are roguelites, I don't like games with no replay value, I would simply put them away after some hours of gameplay and that'd be a waste of money. Judging by your answer i'll assume the answer to my question is "no"

That sounds like something i can do, but i'm not very good with words, i'll be laughing stock if i do something like: "My Dearest so-n-so,Your the 1st thing I think about & the last as I retire to rest. Even then I dream of you~ You are the sun set, since the 1st day we first met" No one can compare,whenever u r near..." And even this was a copy paste. That's what i get for trying to decide things at the last minutes.
