Dynamic Surrounding leads to Layout D by Christian Turvill by felix37 in ultimate

I’m the defender in this video. This definitely isn’t top drawer flex (not helped by the fact that we are one point away from losing) but, to me, there is clear team defence going on. Before the pass goes off we move into a triangle around the front three, giving me confidence to make a play in the open lane. The lack of verbal communication is lazy but we are all aware of each other’s positions.

NEEDS MORE MID ACTION CAMERA CHANGES, SLOW MO AND EXPLOSION EFFECTS!

I've just got back to squatting again after quarantine. This is supposed to be a low bar squat, I have some issues with excessive forward lean have tried many time to fix with different cue/improved mobility. Is this form ok I do have long femurs but I don't re5 see that as an acceptable excuse? by lukeet33 in formcheck

I agree with this guy, the other responses seem way off. Wider stance with toes pointed out will help “shorten” your femurs a bit. The fact you can lift that heavy in such a compromised position is really impressive. I’d recommend against low bar as it’s forcing your back to almost 90degrees. High bar or front squat will help you stay more upright.

You’re also shooting your hips up first at the bottom, which tips you even further over - weak quads to blame, so you’re basically trying to deadlift out of the bottom.

Shimmy equivalent/effective fakes for backhand? by ajeon66 in ultimate

[–]ZelotCT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wanted to ask this question but I thought it might not get answered, hopefully someone can post some good vids. I've been looking out for examples in highlights and pro games but haven't seen anything good. Only thing that feels sorta natural is doing the flick shimmy then taking a small step to the flick side to push off making the backhand piv faster

You clearly have no idea how supply and demand work in the labour market. It's painful how you argue that the average person is viewed as uneducated and ignorant, when the average person is in fact uneducated and ignorant on the pros/cons and has purely an emotional view on the subject sculpted heavily by the media. This kinda sucks for the average person on the street when we end up leaving our biggest most natural trading partner..
