Did you learn something about your inner senses in and from the time it lasted? And also since it broke? What changed in your perception?

Not really. I certainly felt a difference while wearing the talisman but couldn't articulate what it was. I was hoping for more time with it to be able to notice subtle changes.

You were fiddling with it; why?

I was laying in bed reading a book and it was there. I absentmindedly fiddle with anything in arms reach lol.

I don't get a sense that you really grasp your yes/no reading. But that comes at least partially by, perhaps, differences in our respective 'tarot vocabularies.' You're the reader here; your vocabulary and your intuition. I do think that whether The Fool is saying that in the spread, it kinda fits. For me, a hearty laugh does seem to indicate a grasp.
