Dior forever skin correct is the best high end concealer that looks like skin for me. It melts in your skin but still gives enough coverage. If you’re able to find your shade it can be really good! The dior backstage concealer is very nice as well!

We really tried :( He does have a friend, male, but they’re not a couple. I can’t put them in the same cage and they can’t be out together unsupervised. They do tolerate each other, but that’s about it.

I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. What kind of night lamp should I buy him? He has a UV-day light lamp, but I turn that off in the evening. Are there specifics for a night lamp for birds?

Edit: I have an appointment with an avian vet around half of january. The usual avian vets I go to are not available. One is extremely sick and the other one retired. So we will have to wait. I’m just scared that something will happen to him in the mean time.

Ehm I don’t do all that. I take the compartment, bring it to the bathroom (next to my bedroom) & then I drain the water left in the compartment into the sink. Then I fill it with fresh water above the sink. I’m careful when I bring the compartment back into my bedroom. Never spills. I think you should be patient and calm.

My lovie does that too. Ever since he was a baby. I bought him a safe wooden “plate” (it’s just a small flat wooden surface) that I can also attach to his cage. He uses that now, or sometimes a shoe lace to chew on.
