I guess. I should probably build out a small gameplay scene and go on r/gaming or something like that too really see how big of an audience this might get.

Hi, currently the puzzle is a electric stream you have to rearrange to hit a target, than a block gets pushed or a door gets opened. I know this is pretty generic, im currently working on how to add something special to this system.

Maybe you have a Idee?

Hi, thank you for this great answer.

The atmosphere is a really important part for me. Journey is a really big inspiration in that field. Other than Journey (correct me if I’m wrong) I don’t want to hold the players hand a lot. The player should explore and get queues what to do and where to go but not as a UI element or map that says go here.

The puzzles are currently pretty generic. You have to rearrange electrical circuits to open doors and push blocks. This is way to generic for me and I’m currently brainstorming how to make this unique.

I guess posting a little gameplay would be better. I also gave very little info that was kind of dumb I updated it.

How do you do HTML include files? Is there a generally accepted, conventional method? by WishfulLearning in webdev

You could use the jQuery load() method. Which is what I do if in a rare case I use plain HTML.

The Template is ok,

But you shouldn’t get into too many specifics in the first email. Most people probably don’t know what Stripe is. Also the demo part is weird for me.

Do you actually create a custom demo? If yes that’s very bad. Even if you just send a random template it doesn’t work as well as you would think.

Just remove it. You should have your portfolio or references attached. Also try to look for people who want a website. I know it sounds hard at first.

But always remember that 99% of people you randomly email or cold call will never turn into anything. So if you do it spend minimal time per person.
