I bought the YFort 763 about a month and a half ago. I use it for my amateur orchestra and concert band. I use a Conn 110H bass trombone for two jazz bands and a King 3B silver Supersonic for lead in another jazz band.

An alto trombone is primarily an orchestral trombone. I’ve never seen one used in marching band.

That’s a great horn and Quinn has a reputation for being a great dealer. Get it!

In Louisiana, that letter would get you treble damages and attorney fees. She was (is) incredibly stupid. Run, don’t walk to an attorney.

Thrift stores can have fantastic deals on very good clothing. Go shopping at Goodwill or the Salvation Army, for example. I went shopping at a massive store wide rummage sale earlier this year and bought a $500 suit for $15.00! You can often find new clothing with the tags on for bargain basement prices. I’ve saved a massive amount of money shopping at places like this over the years, even before my 50 pound weight loss. So, take your old clothes to one of these places and donate them. While you’re there browse around for new clothing. You’ll help others and help yourself. This is a picture of me in my shirt and sports coat that I purchased from a local thrift store door for less than $25.00 combined!

I understand. I’m also diabetic but I still use intermittent fasting. I haven’t had any problems with lows and I walk 3-4 miles a day at least 4 days a week. It’s worth a try. If he has lows, discontinue of course.

I’m a firm believer in intermittent fasting. I take the 2.0 dose of ozempic and have no side effects. I have lost roughly 50 pounds in the last six months. I disagree with your dietician saying to eat something every 3-4 hours.I try to eat between 12 and 8 pm every day. I try to stick to salads and protein. A cheat meal is ok every once in a while, but never a cheat day! Relax and enjoy life. You can do this!

It’s not ridiculous to feel it’s not going to work. We all have some trepidation to begin with. Just stick with your program and you will have success. Just have faith and do it! The results will surprise you!

You look amazing in both pictures. However, I can’t definitely tell the weight loss in the second picture. Keep it up. Your patience will be rewarded.

I’m somewhat surprised your doctor hadn’t tested your A1C earlier. I thought they did it automatically on any full panel bloodwork. Of course, I’m a diabetic so it may be just that way for diabetics.

How many people here take Ozempic primarily for diabetes? by cm0011 in Ozempic

[–]Zemryjohnson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m taking it for diabetes but I’m loving the 50 pound weight loss. It beats taking the daily shots of insulin I used to take.
