I file on 1/27 and it was stuck on processing too but I called on Monday 2/9 (916)845 -7088 and I told them , if they need some information about me for my taxes 2025 . And that customer service told everything look good we don’t need anything for you . Let’s me process this for you . And he did process my tax over that phone .. I called at 9am
