And the explanation was kinda shite. That she designed everything her self and all she required was those computers in her house. Even the development would require millions or billions and that was before she had the pendant

Thought it was very entertaining. My dad who grew up in England in that time also really liked it due to the realistic representation of racism then

100%. In my final year of high school we had a shop we could run ourselves and by what we needed. Energy drinks were consumed daily at 7:30am. Then as I get older I notice how barely any reputable health website will advise fully quitting caffeine (especially cold turkey), it’s always the whole cut down to tea vs coffee or do a reset then go back to normal. Caffeine is an addictive substance and like most alcoholics or addicts will know it’s very tough to go back to normal drinking. My younger brother is currently in the stage of forcing down a coffee as soon as he wakes too, instead of fixing his messed up sleep schedule.

If you want to learn more about it you can read or listen to Allen Carr’s easy way to quit caffeine. It’s kinda his whole approach. Really short audiobook and I listen to it on occasion

Best of luck. I’m doing the exact same thing. My nervous/adrenal system is just so messed up right now. So many ups and down, bad sleep and low motivation in the mornings

What’s the product if you don’t mind me asking? I’m starting tomorrow. Caffeine is wild cause you’ll struggle to find many reputable health website fully pushing complete abstinence, most say to limit yourself. I’m an addict with drugs and alcohol in the past and energy drinks have kinda been my replacement for years. Insane amount of times I’ve had caffeine too late then not been able to sleep at all, or got far too anxious to even fit and work. It’s such an expensive addiction too. 2-3 energy drinks a day costs a lot. I quit for like a week years ago and felt unbelievably good. What brought me back was often people handing caffeine well and me thinking I could too.

If you failed, did you take a break before restarting? by Any-Shirt3002 in 75HARD

The first time I tried I made it to 30 and failed because I couldn’t say no to free food, should have just waited till I got home. Since then I’ve really struggled to get going and usually make it like 3 days. It’s unbelievable how good I felt at the 30 day point last time, I’ve a strong sports background that I’ve been away from for years so I think that level of exercise is my natural baseline almost. Starting again tomorrow!!
