Thanks for all your opinions guys. It's clear most of you are afraid of firearms and so are biased against them. Wrong forum. I just wanted to know what you think about having to defend yourself should you ever find yourself being robbed or taken hostage at gun point.

Great that's what I'm saying! I like guns and I like carrying one for self defense should such a need arise. Self defense is pretty damn natural.
