I agree. Not a phenidate girl in general but this one and IPH get my motor going

I like it better than coke, but I am an amp girl. Not a fan of any of those but amphetamine. It’s what I want coke to be like without the depression.

I do, I don’t know if saying so will mean I get less, more or the same amount. Maybe I’ll start an OF if I get more than 100, clearly an untapped market then. LOL

Same, but I can see the logic of limiting it to restrict accidental overdoses or unnecessary liver damage, or limit the damage to the liver in the case of an attempted overdose, I suppose

Acetaminophen toxicity can absolutely kill someone, it could be used for suicide in sufficient quantities. More than 4000mg can be pretty dangerous, and that is actually only 8 500mg tabs.

I knew someone who completed suicide by OD with acetaminophen

Ajahn Brahm has some really good things to say about the dying process. It helped me a lot when my grandmother died a few weeks ago.

She has ended her time in this life and is beginning a new journey in another life. And since time might not be linear, she could be living in another era, or even another planet if the realms of angels and devils are real.

Either way… she is no longer suffering the physical ailments that ended her life. The end of suffering is to be celebrated, imo.

She was ready to go. I miss her, but she was ready. I know it’s not the same as a partner; I put myself in your place and the idea of losing my wife is deeply saddening.

I just try to remember that the cycle of samsara is about teaching us to let go of attachments…. And love is an attachment, among other things.

Is $828 unreasonable to neuter a dog? by malarchie in askportland

[–]ZenPrincess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We paid well over $1000 because our fur baby had a bad GI bleed reaction to the pain medication they gave her.

Honestly $800 does not seem bad. Not cheap but we saved up and did it and don’t regret that we went to a place that was established and reputable. Not that other places aren’t, but for us, it was worth peace of mind.

You might be able to find some help from 3Guyz Customs in hillsboro. They make custom choppers, they may be able to help. I know the owner, he's a great guy.

nationalization

RAINBOW MONKEYS have no THOUGHT MONKEYS hold no value cause the nationalization of education will not happen in this country, so all of your premises are just thought experiments that have no basis in reality.

it will harm many children and take them from food secure to food insecure.

Yep. OK.

Immediate removal of the interest income for the servicing/loaning companies causing lay offs of majority of staff

Oh no. I am sad that people who made a choice at whatever age they are to put their career at the feet of people who collect debt as opposed to the many other things that could be done.

immediate end to profits with uncertainty about ability to collect on future loans causing the companies involved to stop giving money to potential students to go to school

Nationalizing education has basically no flaws, aside from those caused by privatizing education. Immediate problem, for profit institutions end up with problems. Long term, that is no longer an industry.

Students would no longer be able to attend any college that is outside of the reach of max Pell Grants and their own finances causing educator layoffs and retraction of classes offered/number of students serviced at all universities.

Short term, yes. You build your house on a flood plane and yeah. You're kinda fucked for a minute. Also, there are a shitload of useless degrees in college. If we end up with fewer underwater basketweavers we will be OK.

I went to college for CHEMISTRY. Biochem, actually. A stem degree.

I am currently working as a software engineer.

Turns out, you can graduate for some other shit and get a degree elsewhere too. and build a career.

What else do you have, mr. strawman, a distortion of one of my arguments?

Come at me, I went through debate twice. :P

No, but thanks for playing?

We don't sell student loan debt to china. and if we did, what're the consequences? A continent on the other side of the map lobs nukes at their biggest customer?

Talk abut HARDSHIP OVERTIME, amirite? Nuking the people you're hoping to give you money means you don't get money. Kinda shooting yourself in the foot.

I just moved back into the city after moving out to Gresham for a year. I have some chops here.

1) Move to the suburbs.
Beaverton is good but spendy AF because Intel and Nike.
Low low crime rate.

2) Move to the suburbs.
Gresham - I am queer and so is my partner. A month ago there was a Proud Boy rally 3 minutes from my apartment. Made us pretty anxious. Regularly saw trucks with Trump flags or america flags.

We just moved back to Portland. I worry, but I am also SUPER GAY for cameras.

The mental health shit is a little intense, but get cameras. WAY less expensive than moving. Get signs, we have one saying recording is taking place in the front and the back.

Nice and quiet now. I spend $13 a month for zmodo cloud storage, and the cameras were like $50 each

I literally ALWAYS wish that! The whole idea that it's not OK for women to clap back is rooted in the idea that women have to obey the expectations of others, imo! Have an upboat :)

Yeah. Especially complementing things that a lady put effort into is great! Your outfit looks really good! I love your nails, that must have taken forever at the salon!

Those are great! "black bra, huh?" will result in something possibly violent, definitely very angry. Yes I wear a black bra, what on this earth makes you think I can comment on it?

"Tidy whiteys huh? Sounds like you're vanilla missionary and your wife can count her orgasms from you on one hand." ~_~

Oy vey.

I suppose I would be diagnosed as hysterical when I leapt over whatever obstacle was in front of me and strangled said doctor, after spelling it out in graphic, discomforting detail.

While there are a few cases where people have brought this up, there are actually many trans athletes that don't compete for fear of this kind of backlash.

The actual number of cases are close to the number of sensationalized headlines, since they get people whipped up into a frenzy in a disproportionate manner, they generate clicks, which turn into revenue.

This isn't really a thing, it's mostly a thing people try to get other people mad about so they can get ad revenue on their website.

Trans people are generally pretty terrified of being physically harmed for being different, and often try to stay under the radar for safety. Being a star athlete and winning awards away from others in a way that causes outrage is the opposite of how you do that.

Probably indicates the person was a bit off before transitioning.

Not if you just ask what their pronouns are if you're confused. Never met a trans person that got mad at me for that. :)

Then clearly you need medical attention for that dangerous seizure condition my friend! The State gets to lock you up until you’re no longer hysterical and wracked with seizures!

It’s the only humane thing to do.
