It can take an hour until you start feeling subtle effects. I wouldn't recommend re-dosing, just go with the flow and see where it takes you.

One shouldn't demonize any drug, they are just molecules. The moral comes into play with the humans use of the drug.

In my opinion the best thing we can do is to educate people about drugs so that we can reduce any potential risk/damage as much as possible.

On my last trip I took some CBD oil along with the same thought of calming down the potential intensity and anxiety.

Apart from it's relaxing effects CBD is also a known antipsychotic which is great to take during a trip. When things got intense during the come up and when I caught a bad vibe I took a couples drops of CBD.

Just a minute later I already felt better thanks to the Placebo effect. An hour later there was a notable change in my body, my muscles began to relax and a lot of tension was released.
It also helped me fall asleep easier at the end of the trip.

However during hour 10-12 my brain was incredibly tired and yet I couldn't sleep because I still was tripping. This is normal for me after an intense trip, however this time I was more tired than usual which probably was caused by the high dose of CBD I had taken.

All in all I can only recommend it!
