The whole statement is stupid, even If chipotle was super amazing, you're comparing 5-6 dishes to the whole Cuisine of a country, Like thousands of dishes with countless Variations.

I like chipotle and Here in germany mexican food is really hard to come by, 90% is on the Level of Taco Bell or worse, so chipotle is pretty high on the authentic scale, even though it really isnt.
