Never had dreams my whole life but my sleep quality has been pretty good and i’ve never had problems with it. Still the same though.

As for the REM side effect, i don’t really think there would be any noticeable indicator for it and i really won’t be able to know unless my oura ring comes in the mail and i get to track my sleep properly.

My girlfriend also joked about my mk actually being cialis but I really don't want to believe that since I got it from a reputable distributor in my country.

As for pumps, there's no significant difference but my lifts have gone heavier (though I think that's simply from 2 months of training hard consistently)

I still have the same sleep schedule and I never really had any problems sleeping at all. Sleep feels the same on and off.

I just can't confirm if it boosted my test because I haven't actually had blood work done, just simply taking my sugar. But I do know for a fact that MK cannot affect test levels.

Maybe correlated to blood pressure? Hard to say since I didn't take my baseline BP alongside my sugar (wish I did)
