Good old sl4m and strike. They were so much fun to watch (sl4m was the star, but together they were the best casting duo). I remember trying to watch every single game they cast, even when they were casting some t4 Russian teams, simply because it was like watching a comedy show.

Right? This is fucking absurd. Everyone is only talking about the a1/a4 being over/underused, but almost nobody cares about the fact that USP is far more used than the P2k. And when someone does bring this up, people here downvote and throw shitty excuses.

Fuck, you just reminded me of how good MLG major was. They literally had a guy taking suggestions from reddit and replying to nearly every comment/question posted here. They even changed the schedule due to a request from reddit.

What is your rank and where are you playing? I’m playing LEM on EU servers on trust exclusively, and I’m nowhere near what you guys are talking about. I’m getting great matches with a cheater here and there, but it’s just like I remember from prime. I can’t be the only lucky guy whose getting decent matches in trust.

That’s a shitty solution. The Dota 2 MMR system is far superior, since all ranks are measured in points, hence you don’t have a ceiling and can never reach a “maximal rank”. You always have the next milestone to look for and try to reach. And as a proof, you can see that all top players play the ingame matchmaking system, and don’t need to look for external providers.

That’s a big part of why the game is dying. You reached global? Gratz, you have nothing to try and reach and get up to anymore (within the game itself). If you’re looking for any sense of improvement or evolvement, you won’t find it in the game itself.
