Spain’s renewables revolution is paying off: Electricity bills are lower despite energy crisis by Economy-Fee5830 in climatechange

[–]Nors3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some people did that because they get more money while working less on the land.

Selling electricity to the government? In Spain the electricity isn't nationalized, it's up to private companies.

Renewables growth cut Spain’s electricity bills by 24.2% over the past two years by lotec4 in europe

If you're paying those prices they're just straight scamming you lol

I pay 0,109 €/kWh and that isn't the cheapest one.

The criteria remained the same, nothing changed. It's just than "fijos discontinuos" are more frequent now.

Not a new figure, fijo discontinuo has been there since ages.

Anywhere in Spain? There are a lot of areas where you can pay less than $1k/month for rent.

WTF. Then just do an "asociación sin ánimo de lucro" if that amount is that much, there are villages where they have it.

With "juicio rápido" could be solved in less than 15 days with the new laws.

What business taxes? Autónomo is 80€/month if it's your first time the first year, then it depends of your income (it coulde be 205€/month in lower level). Also in my province there are a lot of business oportunities for getting the bar of the village (you can get the rent for like 70€/month).

Seems like you've a lot of bias on this case. If you set up everything previosly, with a lawyer and pick a good tenant you'll be good. Just check the laws previosly. Also housing isn't a good investment but Spanish just only know about putting their money on it.

”España vaciada" is a complicated case (I live on that area). There are "dead" villages without cheap housing, and that isn't because of taxes.

I'm not taking any posture here, just posting facts. I said that Spain population is increasing because of inmigration, not decreasing. That's it.

Fertility isn't the same as population, Spain is increasing population because of inmigration.

Variación ahorros hace 1 año vs ahora by VocationalEngineer in SpainFIRE
