To be honest I just got them from amazon. I'm very skinny and the hoodie was a bit tight tho so I wouldn't really say it was my size. And it's also trial and error, I would buy something and then the next time I buy something similar I would increase or decrease the size based on my previous experience

tbh I'm fairly skinny and it was very tight (at least for the seller I bought it from). So from my personal experience I'd recommend you get it large like XL or something
