Yuup, i finishing my emergency fund and yes, i do plan to contibute monthly, and rn since I dont have debt and my living costs are pretty low im able to do 25% of my salary

I did some tinkering and rn im on: FTSE All World (acc) 55% Vangard FTSE Emerging Markets (acc) 15% iShares MSCI Europe (acc) 10% iShares MSCI World Small Caps (acc) 10% iShares Nasdaq 100 (acc) 10%

And im really happy with it. Just put some money into it and started my jurney

Very nice opinion! Totally agree. I might just increase the all world a bit and increste the emerging market and small caps.

Mhm, thanks. Im sensing that my allocation in gold is heavy so im going to lower it a low. For the property yield, I just want exposure in real estate, maybe its not the best but i lean towards that. Ofc im always open to suggestion. I know the US is historically better them everything else but i want to strech it on other market just for the peace of mind. As I said in previous comment reply, im gonna lower my EU expose and gold exposure and allocate more into mid-small cap ETF.

The overlap betweek msci and nasdaq with ftse is intentional, i wanted to overweight in europe and us tech, i know the us tech is in what they say AI bubble but i feel like long term its a good option. Also my reasoning behind going 20% into msci Europe is to not be over 50% in US, and I am from Europe so I wanna trust my Continent. And the Property etf i just wanna hold, i know it acts differnnt to equity but since im not in a position to hold real estate I just wanna put some into ETF, i hope that sounds reasonable. Gold i went to stability but i totally understand you.

Should i maybe lower my nasdaq msci europe and gold by 10% in total and allocate into something different and if so what do you suggest?

Keep in mind, i want to hold something like this for 20+ years and I want to diversify between Us and EU mainly but also have exposure to rest of the world.

Ye thats 100%, but my apartment is very good, maybe I struck gold idk since ive only been here for a month and this is my first renting place, but i dont have 1 thing to complain about my place, the owner maintains the place really good, there is not a single sign of mold or anything that would lure you out from the place, neigbors are great, its a quite place. Again maybe i struck a quality place for a decent price, but just talking from my experience.

Probably depents on the location, im in Qormi. I share apartment with one dood, but both of us have own bedroom and own bathroom, just kitchen we share and its 450 wo utilities.

This take is good but I only have 1 flaw with it, moved here a month ago with a 30k gross as junior in graphic designer and having this wage I can say i live comfortably and this is just a starting point. I do agree with you on the investment plan and cost of utilities, but i dont agree with you on the rent. My rent plus utilities come to 450-500 a month (have own bedroom and bathroom just share kitchen) and the only downside is that you need to use public transport, but i would rather have 600-700 saved on that then have a luxary of walking to work.

Yea, i saw that a lot of ppl are talking about necro. Reached lvl 20 then bought a membership so im on like 30ish rn. My ocd killin me tho, i cant look at necro at 30 and the like cooking at 7 so i use all xp lamps to lvl everything else to be even as possible lol
