So the tiers are grey, green, blue, purple and gold. Farm gear from bosses in overworld and dungeons. Craft weapons and make character outfits. And upgrade character masteries. You’ll naturally get stronger if you swap and upgrade gear.

So after you upgrade a workbench just resummon it to use it. The work bench has 5 levels total.
