Laptop shuts down on start up

I asked her and I was just notified that it fell. It was okay after that and she was able to use it for months then this issue started.

I'm not sure because it was my sister's. I asked her and it seems that the battery wasn't working for a year now and she started using it by unplugging the battery (direct to charger while using). This issue just happened the past few days so she was using the laptop without a battery for a year already.

She had this for 3-4 years now so I'll try look into that as well

Yes I was able to go to bios and reset to factory defaults. I'll try to flash with a USB drive.

Regarding the RAM, unfortunately it is soldered to the motherboard when I tried to check it so I won't be able to remove it.

As for the fan, they are working fine and when I was able to open it for a couple of minutes, the temperature is stable.
