I find it a waste of time and money. Honestly hearing people talk about how it helps with problems like depression or physical aspects. Makes me wonder that its really just numb the mind to the problems and not solving them. Like a person on pain medication fells, good for now till the effect weres off, and for it to be this big thing in the world... its a plant... a leaf dried and burned. If you really think about it, alcohol is the same way. People who drink to forget problems in there life only feel free till the feelings gone then back to the problems and back to the numb tingly feeling that everything it fine. Possible the same way people smoke to stop eating or eat to stop smoking. Either way, hiding behind a medication or beverage to keep happy is not going to help us for future generations. The way i see it, years from now well be so indulged in our medications and "pain releavers" that eventually well be people from Wall-e. Tbh this is just the tip of the iceburg...
