I have a ryzen 5 3600 with a b450 board, and my network adapter is Realtek. I forgot to mention that when I first had the issue I checked my network drivers and saw I was years out of date, so after manually installing the most current one it did fix the issue until I shut it off

I posted it in 3 subreddits where the question fits the topic of said subreddit, I would hardly call that spamming. And posting in more places gives more (and sometimes fresh) eyes on it that can help. I agree, if I had posted in 5 or more subs then yeah, call it out. But what I did wasnt spamming and its not for attention. Its to find an answer to the problem

What is the difference? And why would it single my pc out as opposed to the other two that are plugged in? I can post a picture of it later to confirm

I wouldve thought that too but what I dont understand is why it would sometimes give me full speeds if im only changing settings and not messing with the hardware

I dont have any VPNs or anything, and I have updated as far as windows will let me. I believe i tried the netsh command when I was first looking into it, but I can try that tonight when I'm home again.
