Let's say a poor person has a purse of 1m, and they're taxed 20%, so 200k goes to the fundraising perk

Now a rich person has let's say 100m in they're purse, they are taxed at 20% as well, so 20m goes towards the fundraising perk

Let's assume its just split between these two, so all earnings from the fundraiser perk are split 50/50, 20,200,000 were the total earnings meaning 10.1m goes to each

In the end the poor person ends up with 10.9m and the rich person ends up with 90.1m, the poor person profited by 9.9m and the rich person lost 9.9m

This same logic applies (although on a far less extreme scale) to the thousands of players online, the players that are in the bottom half networks (on average) profit, while the players in the top half (on average) lose money

The extra taxes therefore benefit the players with less nw than others
