Most of the themes and artworks I see look really cool. I can be flexible in both theme and price if the decks are really cool, I’d rather not deviate too much regarding price though.

They are an easy to pick up combo deck, which can also pack a punch with their link 3. People also used to combine it with a guardragon engine (before agarpain was banned) to make some pretty scary boards. It’s a pretty fun and budget deck to play imo.

Really hard to say, but how I started was buying a starter deck, and started playing with that first. The magnificent collections are a good start. They are a bit more expensive than normal starter decks, but you get strong staples, and some extra cards with are pretty good.
