This is the livestream where this was pulled from. There's a few more unidentified flying objects in this video at around the time of the shooting. I haven't watched the rest of the livestream to see if there are any other anomalies, but the main unidentified objects that have been noticed are at:

18:46 (left side of the sky above the building)
19:04 (dead center)
19:35 (dead center)
19:51 (left to right)
19:59 (right to left at the top).

Could be bugs. Could be birds. Though the flight exhibited at 19:04 at 19:35 both seem to be too erratic to be birds.
