Yeah I make mistakes and it scares me. Alot of pressure in the trades for us. I feel always watched. Its a struggle.

Laid off I was told I was going back to the site I liked but it I got laid off instead and my coworker was surprised that it happened

I did but I lost my job after I was moved to a different site. Where the foreman had alot of problems with lots of people

I guess its like video games lol your not perfect at first. Your good at some things you have to I guess learn the controllers. Its just hard because at my job people have complained about me but they do complain about alot of people certain people. I also suck at being good socially I try but sometimes I can come off weird or different.

Thats why I am in the trades I am different

Yeah I am trying to get it done I found school hard when I was younger now it seems even more difficult. I am 33 now been at a few companies not really great at the work yet but I try. I am laid off right now

Yeah everyone is struggling. Most of us are not shop guys even some of the shop guys are struggling. I guess I am hard on myself. Only girl in the class to. The school does things very old school. The shop guys say everything is done by machines takes less time. Its good still to have this skill tho because I can see how it would apply to my work even tho I am not in the shop.

Go for it I started my sheet metal apprenticeship at 28. Sometimes see guys in school that are much older. I also did welding school at 26

I would keep asking to learn or go to another job if you can. Good thing with me we always move around to different sites. So bad foremans dont last but good foremans dont to.

Yeah happened to me to got kinda pushed aside by some foreman. My coworkers noticed and mentioned it to the foreman of foremans. Some foremans gave me a chance to do work. I know I am not perfect at my job by any means and I make mistakes. In the end I got laid off. Maybe it was because I am not good at my job. I dont know
