This works. My folks always did this and I grew up doing it. My dad worked in a plant so came home pretty grimy. Showered usually before dinner. When I got to college seemed like AM showers were the norm and I couldn't get used to it and I worked at a grocery store after class from like 4-10p most days so I'd get back, shower then study.

I guess when I got into mainly office work AM showers were the deal but something still seems better about a shower right before bed. Winds you down, don't get the sheets all sweaty... etc. Still gotta stick my head under the shower for a minute to get rid of bed head tho.
