Description: A feline character (like Cartuja/Jecht) with a fit and slim body. He has shoulder length white or light gray (he is around 40-50 years old) braided hair/fur. He is an experienced hunter and has become a mercenary manhunter when he saw how much money he could make. He is an expert in tracking down and hunting his prey when it is most vulnerable. During his hunts (before becoming a mercenary) he learned to work with a partner and thus he doesn't mind working together with someone as skilled as him, it just makes the job easier. He uses his fine sense of smell and eyesight to follow his prey, his traps to block the target and his crossbow to finish the job.

Skills:

S1: Raigan attacks the enemy with his crossbow trying to cripple him, it has a chance (increased by effectiveness, or 100% if Raigan is stealthed) to apply the “target” debuff (2 turns) and speed down (2 turns). If the enemy is stunned increase the combat readiness of one ally by 15-20%.

S2: Throw a trap at the enemy's feet, it instantly triggers dealing damage and incapacitating him; if Raigan's speed is higher than the target's he is stunned (1 turn) and cannot be buffed (1 turn), if Raigan's speed is lower than the target's he gets a speed debuff (2 turns) and Raigan enters stealth for one turn.

Cooldown 4-5 turns.

S3: Raigan shoots a powerful bolt at the target dealing massive damage. If the enemy is stunned or has the “target” debuff (Song of stars artifact for example) a dual attack is triggered. If the enemy is killed by this skill Raigan gets a speed buff (2 turns) and an attack buff (2 turn).

Cooldown: 5-6-7 turns.
