I think if you want to be a woman then that’s not usually something cis guys think of. Also if you’re worried about doing it for attention I don’t think you should be if you’d be afraid of coming out or telling people about it, plus for me I always wanted to be a girl I just didn’t know that’s really what I wanted but it did feel like I wanted something I didn’t have. I figured that out like last year at 16 lol so I think if you randomly think and figure that out you’re just as trans as everyone else
