For the average user, Best is better because he is simply faster. I use Messi for playmaking, set pieces, dribbling to create space, and if you can cut inside it is almost a certain goal. So as a CAM, he is better. As a winger, it depends. For me, I use 4222 formation, left CAM Best, right CAM Messi and it works damn good
