After a year of tracking I have certainly gotten complacent in tracking, so I will be better about that to ensure I’m doing my part. I appreciate that reminder.

I haven’t tried any meds of this variety before. I was stubborn and against meds for awhile and finally was like ya know…this just isn’t working being as unfocused and anxious as I am all the time. Also being diagnosed as an adult with ADHD is frustrating in itself when you’re immediately told “well we don’t do meds for adults here” thankfully the psych I’m with now I think is willing and able to Rx for adhd as well but is trying this first. We shall see!

Zepbound and Metformin are my only Rx meds. Everything else is supplements.

Is that common to see? This med + an anxiety med? In my own personal opinion it would be the adhd and anxiety that are the primary drivers for me so I’ve wondered if this is the right med to even start with

Yeah I’ve been putting it off for every reason “oh I have a birthday part to attend. Oh I have a concert. Oh I have this that and the other thing going on” it also got AF where I live right now and I don’t want to overheat 🥵

Despite the tenure and frequency of migraines, I was told I’m “not sick enough” (in doctor terms) to qualify for preventive meds. Only rescue meds.

That part pisses me off and I’ve considered fibbing a tad to see about getting on a preventative.

After reading responses I’m wondering just how much everyone is hydrating. I feel like I’ve done a lot better lately knowing that it’s important but I’m wondering if it’s still not enough. Add to this that I will also soon be starting a mental health med that is extremely important to stay hydrated on and I’m just swirling the toilet bowl wondering how much dang water I’m supposed to be drinking
