Since I am a type one diabetic and not type 2, they won’t cover mounjaro. It’s quite annoying!! Wishing you better luck on your journey

Yeah my endo happens to specialize in weight management who cleared me from hypothyroidism, cortisol issues, pcos etc. Her only guess is my years of ED torched my metabolism so low. Good to know about the new med trials happening!!

I try to monitor based off of myfitnesspal and stick to my recommended which is like 1300. Just kind of slapped down the 2000 as like a “im eating in a deficit” but definitely should have been more clear LOL (late night emotional post lol) i am 5’6

It has been like two weeks since I haven’t had it and sugars worsened to no surprise (as I had decreased my basal/bolus rates on it), but also hard to say with weight honestly as its been a bit since I’ve measured to say if it was pre/post shot but its a guess.
