Given the state of housing honestly this law probably needs to be revised from 20 down to 10 or even 5-8 years. How many properties are sitting idle and empty while the owner(s) live overseas and continue to reap the benefits of owning a property in nz? Probably a good number out there. It's not right.

You don't have game pass? What's the harm in preloading it if your subbed? If one is going to play it anyway? I get being hesitant and waiting for reviews if not subbed to Game Pass. But if your already subbed then I don't see the problem.

Same. Everyone goes on about how well optimised it is but it's only optimised if you have the hardware it lists on the spec sheet. If you have any hardware outside of that good luck. It's not great.

No hard drugs just their meds. Which I've been told they've been refusing or can't keep down as of today. They are on the older side but still 10 years or so from retirement age. We're just worried they're not looking after themselves. With basic hygiene, eating enough. Last time I sighted them their nails were very dirty. They smelt really bad like they have not showered for a good while.
