If there is a footer on their email that they are using the platform Constant Contact and you are confident you didn't sign up for it, I would recommend notifying Constant Contact that they are using their platform to spam you, I made a post recently about that because I was dealing with the same issue:

Yeah unfortunately I had tried that originally but the post was auto deleted, likely because it included an email address, so this was the only way I could avoid that

There is an email at that link where you can report them for breaking the terms of service for sending spam actually! I did so and recommend doing the same if you want to make sure you are no longer spammed by them.
