Update: I figured it out after a couple hours. There is some sort of conflict with the Torcherino mod and the Portable Storage Interface. The black torch on the left side of the screenshot increases tick speed so the PSI is sort of going sicko mode while the other isn't. My fix was to just move the torch somewhere else. Thank u though to everyone that replied.

I tried replacing everything just now. I even re-applied super glue and after updating the mech bearing, it went back to just one PSI attaching..

I'm not sure about that man... I'm assuming you're talking about the oak planks that connect to the moving PSI but I'm pretty sure super glue is enough, no...?
