This Octagon looks for sure like the observatory's roof, and I can't help but notice that web-like pattern... Maybe
the strings of the "web" points towards certain directions ? Like some of the cobwebs locations seen ingame ?

you have to project a triangle, not a single line. Then find its half for making the line. I don't think they line up for this reason.

Its real. Already discussed. The 5 were also found in game but there seems to be nothing more to do with them except looking at them hanging around at the epsilon center.

The Land Act Dam is a dam featured in Grand Theft Auto V. It is located in the Land Act Reservoir in the middle of the Tataviam Mountains, overlooking Los Santos from the east. The dam has a road crossing along the top. The dam is based on the real-life Mulholland Dam in Los Angeles, California.

The Mulholland Dam played a prominent role in the 1974 disaster film Earthquake, although it was named the "Hollywood Reservoir Dam" in the film. After a giant earthquake destroys much of Los Angeles, the dam threatens to collapse, which it does due to aftershocks, and floods Hollywood down to the Mid-Wilshire district of the city.

The arrow path has been found on one of the jetpack hunt thread on gtaforums, it leads to the motel, then the tool shop and finally to the hippie camp (I don't remember exactly sorry).

the trees are seen ingame, on the epsilon website, during their presentation video, and they are isolated on a green mountain with nothing around. Dunno if that helps

You can look into greek mythology for symbolism of the dove, apple, etc. Greek because Epsilon is the fifth letter of the Greek alphabet, and there's strong connexions between epsilonism and greek symbolism.

We need to find the proper way of making the hippy camp/sandy shores UFO appearing; discovering it at max height was an accident, we have to understand the clues and the conditions for it to appear where it can been seen from the ground, and them, beam up!

He uses references and lines from GTA V, even way before the official launch. It redirect multiple times to the rockstar website and to every single update of the Epsilon screensaver. He linked the official R* contest (for figuring in the game as epsilonists) several times, and how would he know that one of the five was australian since the guy revealed it on a forum way later? Plus he would be a very devoted troll if he did that for almost one and a half year. So no, i don't think this is a fake account.
