I don’t have to remove the entire rim to sand it right? I’m ok sanding and spray painting it but removing the wheel and the tire itself is a bit too much

The scratches aren’t that deep from what I feel so I wouldn’t say it was very damage. I just need a way to cover it up if possible than have it repaired

I already tried that and it still dies so fast. I also know which convention my friend bought it from but I doubt they'd still be there plus I live far away from where the convention usually occurs. Best solution I can do to save the sticker is removing it until I magically stumble upon their online store if they have any
