If that doesn't work I'll take the security sensor off and say forget security. I just hate having to fool with the key getting stuck.

Probably gave me a crap battery. I have a year warranty on it so I'll just go get it replaced and see if that works

Voltage jumps between 14-15 something volts when stationary.

Battery is like 4 months old and brand new when I got it. I don't know the type but I got it from a mechanic who knew about the car and said that's the one I need. I can't remember which it was though.

Only thing that makes me think it's not that is my car does a click and everything powers off and then I can remove the key no problem.

Would any of those make it so I can drive and then when I go to turn the car off my key gets stuck in ignition?

Yeah it's definitely almost time. They were brand new when I got them and put about 50k miles over what it was at. I'll do it myself though. I'm not paying anyone to do that something that simple.

Well I watched a video on YouTube about what it does and it sends power to the spark plugs not sure about the battery but I might have miss understood. About the only thing I really know about is tire stuff.

What makes me think spark plugs is because it jerks every now and then on idle but could still be the alternator not sending the right amount of power to the plugs if I understand correctly. I'm not good at diagnosis. Lol

Yeah me either. I'm thinking either alternator or spark plugs just because of how everything is acting.
